[Luceti] 1st Shuffle [Accidental voice/video]
[The sound of paper rippled violently in the air was combined with the hollow thuds of something light and small impacting against wood, the image on the camera violently being thrown around at random angles before it landed facing upwards towards the sky. Strands of grass loomed over the view of a tall tree, the camera looking upwards into its branches, as the sound of a voice was close by. A very annoyed and pained voice.
Quickly following behind the journal was the sound of something much larger and heavily falling from the tree branches, hitting quite a few as it dropped. This was the source of the voice, which was now letting out a constant string of curse words in French and grunts of pain. The figure managed to grab hold of one or two limbs during its decent, but was unable to stop the fall, as it finally landed heavily next to the open journal.
At first there was no movement from the person, the only motion visible from that of wind’s moment of the plant life. A groan and the appearance of an arm that partially covered the camera proved the man was still alive, along with a mumble.]
“Merde… Remy, no more drinkin’.”
----
[Having been walking for awhile since his sudden decent into Luceti, the forest was clearing to reveal the town which... god, he was stuck in another hick town. And he thought Bayville was bad. He may as well try the bar Rogue talked about, maybe be able to scam a drink or two out of someone since he had no money on him. The trek through town was interesting, it gave him a starting picture of what the the area looked like. Remy hadn't even begun to figure out what he was going to do when night came, without a place to sleep or money to support himself. He would wing it, see what happened, as normal.]
[Avoiding to elude too much attention from others, or get into a conversation with someone he didn't know, Remy eventually sauntered his way up into the bar, pushing that half hour limit Rogue had originally given him. He was looking a little worse for wear but not showing that it bothered him. He would need to grab something to clean up the scratches, didn't want anything getting infected. Ha! The last thing he needed. Abducted by alien mad scientists. Losing a chunk of memory. And in the middle of who the hell knows where with no one he trusted. Great times.]

[Action]
[The deck of cards Rogue had supplied him has somehow vanished to someplace on his person, leaving only the ever present journal in his hand. Flicking through it to the page Rogue had presented to him, Remy's eyes quickly skimmed over the content, trying to find a map of the village. It only took a few moments to locate it, and holding the book out flat, he raised a finger of the other hand up to hover over the page before closing his eyes. Hell, he didn't know the place or terrain well enough to make an educated guess at the best place to settle into, so he would leave it down to luck. Spinning his finger in mid air, Remy suddenly dropped it down against the page.]
[Peeking an eye open to see where it landed, he let out a,] Huh. [ Before snapping the book closed again and heading off down the curved southern paths. The area didn't feel like a prison, considering it had its share of bars, art galleries, and a selection of stores, but the lingering itch at the back of his neck that he couldn't leave at his own free will took any real enjoyment out of his exploration.]
[Stopping in front of the build he had chosen at random, Remy eyed the upper floors. He would rather stay off the ground floor as he always felt better at a height, but not too high that he couldn't get back down to earth safely if he needed to. However, he had wings now, who knew what he could do with them. Once inside the building and at a suitable floor, he glanced between his apartment options. Shrugging a shoulder and once again leaving it down to dumb luck, Remy grabbed hold of a doorknob and twisted.]
Bonjour, anyone home? [Hopefully not.]
[Action]
Very surprised at someone just walking in, she looks over at Remy's call, somehow knowing who it's going to be even before her eyes get there. ]
... Yes. ... Hello.
Re: [Action]
Ah... wrong apartment.
[Turn around and leave Remy, it would be the smartest thing to do. The girl was dangerous and unhinged... but she would be a great asset and good ally to have in this world. After all, she was loyal to daddy, maybe having some link through the Acolytes meant she wouldn't take an instant dislike to him. Hell, she actually tried to help him when he was in the forest.]
[Hiding the sigh he really wanted to let loose, Remy raised a hand to scratch at the back of his head and offered a smile to her.]
Was lookin' for a place to stay, didn't realize this one be taken.
[Action]
She shuts her book and shoves it under a pillow, not exactly wanting to broadcast her learning level. And yes, blatantly hiding something is totally the best way to not call attention to it. Standing she offers him a smile. ]
Yeah... well. There are three other bedrooms if you want. ... or three empty apartments on this floor, I think ... Probably more on other floors. ... ... I see you made it into town, alright.
Re: [Action]
That so? [That might work out. Same floor, but different apartments so they weren't stuck together. Close enough to have an ally, but far enough to avoid any confrontations.]
Hein? Ah, oui, managed to sort myself out more or less.
[Action]
Did anyone direct you to Clothing Shop? ... I can't imagine that you with all your... Southern-ness... can be that happy with this weather. [
You could cut glass right now, Remy]Re: [Action]
Ya wouldn't happen to have a first aid kit or somethin'?
[Action]
Re: [Action]
[Action]
I hope you're not too... damaged. ... Where did you land?
[Action]
[Remy stepped into the apartment, following after her towards the bathroom as Wanda sorted about in there. Taking the offered bottle and checking for any labels to check what it was. It was a start.]
[Action]
[Action]
[Raising a brow at her, Remy leaned into the bathroom to look around it.] Ya got something I can use this with? [Was no good on his own, unless she expected him to just splash it over himself or something.]
[Action]
[Action]
So, how long ya actually been here? [She didn't look that different from last time Remy had run into Wanda, not like Rogue.]

Re: [Action]
[Remy wasn't too sure if he was offering it as a direction for her, or a comfort for himself. There HAD to be a way out, he was not prepared to get himself stuck in this place. The others here just haven't tired all the options. Yes, that had to be it. They needed a new view point on this place, and as amazing as he was at breaking into locations, a good thief could also get out of any place. Always have an exit strategy.]
Might be worth doin' some investigations.
[Action]
[Action]
[Jerking a thumb over his shoulder, Remy motioned to the door.] Go 'nd get myself situated then, down the hall or something.
[Action]
There are two guys who live down at the end of the hall. [She points.] So if you're looking for privacy... you might want to try the other end of the hallway. [And she points again.]
[Action]
[Following behind her he took note of those she pointed out, before stepping around her and heading to one of the unoccupied rooms down the hallway.] Guess I'll set up here then.
[Remy gave a brief wave of his hand, the hand still holding the items she gave him, as thanks.] Merci chere. [And vanished into his newly acquire rooms.]
